Valentine's Day special: Raspberry Mocha Latte Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee

  • 1 tablespoon of raspberry syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

  • 1 cup of milk (any type you prefer)

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. While the espresso is brewing, in a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling. You can also use a milk frother or microwave to heat the milk if you prefer.

  2. Once the milk is hot, whisk in the cocoa powder until it's fully incorporated and the milk is smooth.

  3. Add the raspberry syrup to the hot milk and cocoa mixture, stirring well to combine. Adjust the amount of syrup to your desired level of sweetness and raspberry flavor.

  4. Pour the brewed espresso into your serving mug.
